Three crafts. One decision: do it differently.

We founded this brand to bring back to Peru travel what the industry had lost: editorial judgment, real hospitality and direct operation.

Before

Three separate paths

Before founding the company, each of us learned tourism from a different seat: guiding, administration and technology. That inside view showed us what travelers rarely see: rushed decisions, repeated routes and little operational clarity.

Incorporation

Andean Way Experience S.A.C. was born with a concrete idea: operate trips to Peru with our own judgment, no intermediaries and direct responsibility for every detail. We did not want to be another storefront, but a local team that can stand behind what it promises.

Today

Our own operation

Today we treat every departure as a complete operation: we select routes, coordinate certified guides, verify transport and keep direct communication with the traveler. The experience does not begin when you arrive in Cusco; it starts with the first conversation.

What's next

Grow with patience

Our goal is to grow without losing control over quality. We want to add routes, better digital tools and local partnerships, while keeping one simple rule: if we cannot operate it well, we do not offer it.

Our story

Three founders, a direct operation and a different way of understanding travel to Peru — no intermediaries, editorial judgment throughout.

We started in 2026. Three young cusquenos arriving at this project from three different paths. Rosmel and Jorge Luis already came from the sector — Rosmel as an official tourism guide, Jorge Luis on the administrative side of the industry — while Darwin just entered, coming from systems engineering. Different positions, but all three of us went through the same things in this stage.

Working for others we saw the same situation from three different angles: lack of real decision-making over routes, over guides, over prices, over quality. Itineraries manufactured under pressure, lack of judgment, guests treated as a number. Each of us, from our own place, arrived at the same conclusion — something had to change.

So we decided to start with what each of us knows how to do. Rosmel brings field knowledge and the official certification. Darwin builds the platform and the digital operation — from bookings to payments. Jorge Luis handles administration, contracts and finance. Three different crafts, one direction.

We are young and we are new as an operation. We say so plainly. But being young does not stop us from delivering a quality service — on the contrary, it lets us build it without the bad habits the sector carries. If we are going to believe in something, we may as well believe in ourselves and in work done right.
