These checks may include:
- Identity verification.
- Confirmation of the cardholder.

An unjustified refusal to provide the requested information may prevent confirmation of the booking.

The traveler is responsible for correctly providing the information required for its issue.
Any subsequent changes will be subject to the tax rules in force.
29. Manifest pricing errors
Although ANWAY Experience makes reasonable efforts to keep all published information up to date, material errors in prices, rates, availability, or descriptions may exceptionally occur.
When an error is obvious and is identified before the booking is confirmed, ANWAY Experience may:
- Correct the information.
- Issue a new quotation.
- Offer an alternative service.
- Cancel the request and refund in full any amount received.
Under no circumstances will a manifest error require the company to provide a service on terms that are clearly incorrect or incompatible with market conditions.
30. General cancellation policy
At ANWAY Experience, we understand that travel plans may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. However, organizing a travel service involves booking hotels, transportation, operators, guides, admission tickets, and other suppliers in advance, many of which apply strict change or cancellation policies.
Accordingly, every cancellation will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the specific policies of the suppliers involved.
By confirming a booking, the traveler declares that they know and accept these terms.

Every cancellation request must be submitted in writing through any official ANWAY Experience channel.
A request may be submitted through:
- Corporate email.
- Official WhatsApp.
- Mobile application, when that feature is available.
- Any other method expressly authorized by the company.
The effective time of cancellation will be determined by the date and time at which the communication is received.

- Rooms purchased at non-refundable rates.
- Services purchased during special campaigns.
- Capacity-limited events.
Where a supplier expressly provides that a service is non-refundable, ANWAY Experience must comply with those terms.
34. Cancellation of tailor-made trips
Itineraries designed exclusively for a traveler or group require individual planning, reservation of availability, and advance engagement of several suppliers.
Their cancellation terms may therefore differ from those applicable to standard programs.
Each tailor-made proposal will state the applicable specific terms before it is accepted.
35. Changes requested by the traveler
The traveler may request changes relating to:
- Dates.
- Times.
- Hotels.

- Number of passengers.
- Activities.
- Other purchased services.
Every change will be subject to:
- Availability.
- Supplier terms.
- Rate differences.

Some suppliers allow the passenger name to be changed, while others prohibit such changes entirely.
Where a change is possible, the following may apply:
- Penalties.
- Administrative costs.
- Issue of new tickets.
- Rate differences.
If the supplier does not allow changes, the service may be forfeited without a right to a refund.

Whenever possible, these changes will be communicated as far in advance as possible.
Where applicable, efforts will be made to offer equivalent services or services of a similar or higher category.

These circumstances may include, without limitation:
- Temporary closure of Machu Picchu.
- Restrictions imposed by the Ministry of Culture.
- Closure of archaeological sites.
- Capacity limits.
- Environmental restrictions.
- Changes to official operating hours.

These adaptations will not constitute a breach of contract.
39. Delays affecting flights, trains, and other transportation
ANWAY Experience will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, railway companies, shipping companies, or any other independent operator.
Where such delays prevent the traveler from using a purchased service, the company will make reasonable efforts to arrange available alternatives.
Nevertheless:
- Availability will depend on third parties.

Processing time will depend on:

- Payment platform.
- Country of origin.

ANWAY Experience will issue the refund within a reasonable period once the relevant assessment has been completed.

- Administrative expenses.
- Processing costs.
- Purchased insurance.
- Supplier charges.
- Non-refundable promotional rates.
- Non-recoverable taxes.
43. No-show
A traveler will be considered a no-show if they fail to appear at the place, date, and time established for the service to begin without first communicating a cancellation or change in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
In such cases, ANWAY Experience may consider the service to have been provided and will have no obligation to issue a refund, unless otherwise required by law.
44. Punctuality
Punctuality is essential to the proper delivery of travel services.
When a traveler is not present at the stated time, ANWAY Experience will make reasonable efforts to establish contact.
If the delay compromises the operation or affects other participants, the service may begin without waiting for the passenger.
45. Expenses caused by delays attributable to the traveler
When a delay attributable to the traveler generates extraordinary operating costs, the company may request reimbursement of those expenses.
These may include:
- Additional transportation hours.
- Logistical changes.
- New bookings.
- Extraordinary engagement of personnel.
- Other reasonably documented costs.
46. Voluntary interruption of the trip
If the traveler voluntarily decides to leave a travel program after it has begun, they will not be entitled to a refund for unused services.
ANWAY Experience may assist with arrangements for the return journey or new bookings, but the traveler will be solely responsible for those expenses.

Our commitment includes properly selecting suppliers, responsibly planning each itinerary, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after the trip.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the traveler acknowledges that certain services are performed by independent suppliers that retain technical and operational autonomy in delivering their services.

This information will allow the feasibility of the service to be assessed and reasonable support measures to be adopted where possible.
Failure to disclose relevant information may limit the liability of ANWAY Experience for circumstances arising from that condition.

ANWAY Experience recommends:
- Allowing sufficient time to acclimatize.

- Obvious intoxication.
- Use of illegal drugs.
- Assault or aggression.
- Threats.
- Repeated failure to follow safety instructions.
- Dangerous behavior.
Removal from the program will not create a right to a refund for unused services.
64. Minors
Minors must always participate accompanied by their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, unless the law permits another arrangement and the relevant authorizations are provided.
The responsible adults will continuously supervise the minors throughout the trip.
65. Travelers with special requirements
ANWAY Experience promotes accessible and inclusive tourism.
When a traveler requires special assistance because of a disability, reduced mobility, or a specific medical condition, we will endeavor to make reasonable adjustments that are feasible in light of the service characteristics and available infrastructure.
For this purpose, the condition must be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.

The company will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner using the available information.
The traveler will bear the costs of sending or recovering such items.
71. Duty to cooperate
In connection with any incident occurring before, during, or after the trip, the traveler agrees to cooperate in good faith with ANWAY Experience by providing the information needed to facilitate resolution of the matter.
This cooperation will allow claims, refund requests, arrangements with suppliers, and other procedures relating to service delivery to be handled more promptly.
