Travelers may pay online from their country of residence using major international credit or debit cards and supported global platforms such as PayPal, Izipay, or other available providers.
Electronic transactions and card payments may be subject to administrative processing fees established by the corresponding payment provider.
Bank transfers and digital wallets
Payments may be made through transfers to corporate bank accounts in Peruvian soles or United States dollars. Banking details are provided securely after the reservation is confirmed.
Banking fees, transfer charges, and intermediary bank costs are the responsibility of the client. For faster domestic payments in Peru, digital wallets such as Yape or Plin may be available.
In-person and cash payments
Travelers who prefer to settle a pending balance upon arrival in Cusco may do so through our office or authorized team, according to prior reservation coordination.
We may accept card payments through secure terminals and cash payments in PEN or USD, subject to administrative confirmation.
Payment deadlines and settlement requirements
To guarantee proper operational and logistical planning, the total cost of the service must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in suspension or cancellation of the reservation to protect the proper organization and execution of travel services.
